Some poems really hit close to home in terms of heartbreak They were so simple and yet so full of truth and understanding I loved most of them although I would say some sounded really repetitive But overall, the poems made my heart whole and empty at the same time I m glad and thankful my friend Anna gifted this anthology to me, it s definitely a must read if you re just starting with poetry contemporary poetry.

I was allured to the book because of the rating And obviously The beautiful title , unfortunately it felt like a collection of a teenager s thoughts written haphazardly on daily basis there wasn t a marked connection between them and the pages were harshly empty like a starving desert the lines were not Professional , They were stiff at times and didn t matter much at other. All in all , buying the book felt like a waste of money I dont think it was worth the read.

How is it that he can emote with short lines feelings that you feel but have never written into words Although extremely short, it makes me feel I do feel at times there is just something lacking in the words perhaps a feeling of insincerity that prevents it from getting five stars.

This book is a mixture of some beautiful, bittersweet poetry and prose, and some longer pieces that are less my cup of tea The final parable didn t strike a chord with me, but don t let that cause you to miss what is truly a feast for the heart in the first part of the book There s pining and longing, eternal love and burning loss in these pages And in the end I will seek you Out amongst The stars. The space dust Of me will Whisper I love you Into the infinityOf the universe I loved that so This book is a mixture of some beautiful, bittersweet poetry and prose, and some longer pieces that are less my cup of tea The final parable didn t strike a chord with me, but don t let that cause you to miss what is truly a feast for the heart in the first part of the book There s pining and longing, eternal love and burning loss in these pages And in the end I will seek you Out amongst The stars. The space dust Of me will Whisper I love you Into the infinityOf the universe I loved that so much I wrote a fic around it for my OTP
