This was a great little book Its very well written and is a pleasure to read Peckham covers all of the theaters of war and doesn t get bogged down in details It was extremely interesting There are no footnotes, but there is a chapter by chapter bibliographic essay The best part of the book is the last chapter where he sums up what it all meant and what it all means He also examines the impact George Washington had on the outcome of the war I highly recommend this book
