I really really liked this short interracial romance I read this one in just a few hours For such a short story, the author did an exceptional job of showing you who the main characters were as individuals and why when together, their chemistry was off the chain The plot was very interesting in that I never considered just how dangerous Jumpers jobs are Showing the intensity of this chosen trade and the type of man it takes to have that type of job was put together very well in this book I really really liked this short interracial romance I read this one in just a few hours For such a short story, the author did an exceptional job of showing you who the main characters were as individuals and why when together, their chemistry was off the chain The plot was very interesting in that I never considered just how dangerous Jumpers jobs are Showing the intensity of this chosen trade and the type of man it takes to have that type of job was put together very well in this book The personal demons that Shane and Emma faced as individuals were heart wrenching I truly felt for these two and I was rooting for them even when they appeared to not be able to stand one another. If you are looking for a heart felt, sexy, emotional rollercoaster ride of love in a quick read, then I would suggest this one

I read this book months ago, in March I believe I do not know why I failed to review it It is a pretty good story Emma is a reporter who is tasked to get as much information about jumpers Men who parachute into forest fires and try to distinguish the flames Emma trains with the jumpers and it is immediately obvious that one man does not want her around, Shane Shane is one of the best fire jumpers and he does not trust women His best friend lost his life because of a woman and from then on I read this book months ago, in March I believe I do not know why I failed to review it It is a pretty good story Emma is a reporter who is tasked to get as much information about jumpers Men who parachute into forest fires and try to distinguish the flames Emma trains with the jumpers and it is immediately obvious that one man does not want her around, Shane Shane is one of the best fire jumpers and he does not trust women His best friend lost his life because of a woman and from then on Shane only saw them as sex partners nothingNeedless to say things heat up and cool down for Shane and Emma, but is all the things that happen in between that make this a really good story

Shane and Emogene clash from the moment she arrives to do an article on firefighters While Shane s reaction followed the typical format of I am drawn to you but don t want the temptation issues, he comes around later and kind of becomes adorable I imagine forest fire fighters have a difficult job but this take would have been better if Shane s allergy to Emogene wasn t so quick on the draw Yes, someone died because he wasn t around to save them but why take it out on all women Or himself t Shane and Emogene clash from the moment she arrives to do an article on firefighters While Shane s reaction followed the typical format of I am drawn to you but don t want the temptation issues, he comes around later and kind of becomes adorable I imagine forest fire fighters have a difficult job but this take would have been better if Shane s allergy to Emogene wasn t so quick on the draw Yes, someone died because he wasn t around to save them but why take it out on all women Or himself to the point he wants no entanglements And like with most romance stories, this comes doen to lack of communication, stubborness and wanting to deny what your heart wants And then, once the fence has been jumped, give it that all fire shot at making amends Still, this has charm and worth reading
